The Bächler Feintech AG, with headquarters in Hölstein (BL) and a second production site in Matzingen (TG), is a modern Swiss precision engineering company. High-quality precision engineering of turning and milling parts, tools, instruments and implants are manufactured with the highest precision for medical technology and dental technology, as well as components for chemistry and apparatus manufacturers on modern CNC-controlled milling machines, turning machines, long turning automatic lathes and cylindrical grinding machines since the foundation in the year 1964. Specially developed for thermal analysis, DSC high-pressure crucibles (dynamic differential calorimetry) or surgical drill chucks made of high -quality stainless steel, with hardened jaws, precise rotation and individual connection geometries for power transmission, are only a few examples of what we develop and produce at the request of the customer. The following services such as surface finishing, electro-polishing, blasting, laser welding, passivation, alkaline and acid cleaning are also among the skills we offer. Engineering and development, various measuring methods such as 3D measuring, contour measuring and optical measuring methods, storage and packaging according to customer specifications, delivery systems such as Kanban Ship to Line are all among our services. Well-trained, motivated and qualified employees are supported by a constantly improved Q-System, which complies with the standards of ISO 9001 and ISO 13485.
