Founder Theo Backhouse believes that consumers have lacked choice in the new homes market for too long and that buyers deserve a better designed, sensibly priced, more interesting home providing smart living solutions. Driven by a highly experienced and motivated team, Backhouse is firmly focused on delivering housing schemes that we are proud of. We work with the very best in architectural talent to produce liveable homes that reflect the way we live today whilst offering a strong sense of place and community identity.
