About Bad Wolf Printing

Bad Wolf Printing, LLC is a small family owned screen printing shop that started in January 2014 in Beaufort, NC. We started out in a 960 sq-ft shop using a Riley Hopkins Aero 8 color / 8 station manual press with Joystick Registration, a RyoCure 6,500 Watt 8 Foot Conveyor Dryer with 4 Foot chamber and 24" wide belt (~capacity of 220 pieces per hour) and an 18" x 18" Flash Dryer. In April 2015, we added a Workhorse Sabre 8 color / 10 station automatic press and two 4,140 Watt Sabre Free Standing 20" x 20" Flash Back units. Due to continued growth we expanded our shop an additional 2,128 sq-ft to a total of 3,088 sq-ft in July of 2016. The increased space not only allows for significantly improved workflow for our higher volumes but also provided space to optimize the automatic press. Future press requirements are pre-wired and pre-plumbed (air-system) into the expansion to allow a new automatic press to be ordered, delivered and installed within a 3-4 week window. In December 2017, we upgraded to a Workhorse 12,000 Watt Powerhouse Quartz 11 Foot Conveyor Dryer with 5 Foot chamber and 30" wide belt (~capacity of 400-500 pieces per hour). January 2019 saw the addition of an Ever Bright Automatic Tag Printer - 3 Color / 3 Station. This machine automates the printing of custom neck tags/labels, pockets, sleeves, koozies, etc... The best part about our business is that all of our growth has been accomplished by word of mouth. We do zero advertising (other than posting our product images on Facebook) and rely on superior quality, quick turn around and competitive pricing to meet our customers needs.
