Our signature Gem Cakes are layered mini cakes wrapped in Ghirardelli chocolate shells — a playful nod to Dayton, the “Gem City.” Each one is handcrafted with buttercream, house-made fillings, and dense, flavorful cake. We’re proud to be part of the 6888 community, surrounded by passionate local food entrepreneurs who make this space more than a kitchen — it’s a place for collaboration, creativity, and community growth.
