We are ambitious healthy snacking lovers who dared to challenge the norm. In November 2018, at just 20 and 21 years old, we founded the barefood way GmbH, driven by a vision to create something better - for our health, our community, and the future of snacking. At a young age, we immersed ourselves in the industry, gaining expertise and insights that would shape our journey. In 2023, we took our boldest step yet: A rebranding that brought bae to life. More than just a snack brand, bae stands for putting gut health "Before Anyone Else." Our mission is clear - to revolutionize the snack market with delicious, gut-friendly products that not only nourish from the inside out but also deliver great taste without compromise. Our commitment to gut health stems from personal experience and a deep dive into nutritional science. We asked ourselves: How can we create snacks that support digestion while delivering full flavour? The answer lay in prebiotics - the unsung heroes of gut health. These powerful ingredients are at the heart of our soft oat bars and filled bites, offering 40% less sugar than comparable products while keeping taste and satisfaction at their peak.
