Bagla Law is headquartered in San Diego North County and represents both domestic and international clients. Bagla Law focuses on corporate and securities law and is general counsel to clients ranging from start-ups to mid-size industries, including, technology, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and life science. Bagla Law represents private companies with emphasis on transactional work, such as, contract drafting and reviewing, conducting asset and stock purchases, issuing related securities, counseling on employment matters, mergers and acquisitions, business entity formations and corporate governance. Bagla Law also assists clients with venture capital financings involving financing through private placements, seed financing, angel financing and venture funding. The Company’s target market falls into two categories: the first representing small, privately held companies, which generally earn about $300,000 to $10 million in annual revenues, and the second supporting in-house general counsel of small to medium sized businesses ranging from 50 to 500 employees. As of today, the Company’s main goal is to continue to provide the service of business done right for reasonable or fix rates. Most of the Company’s current revenues come from existing clients and referrals.
