About Baijiu Society

Over 25 years ago, our founder Craig embarked on a journey to China. A journey that would spark an enchantment for its people, culture and traditions. China’s centuries-old spirit, Baijiu, was at the very heart of this experience. It ignited a passion that would later inspire new experiences for others around the world. The Baijiu Society set about bringing a vision to life. Creating a new version of China’s oldest and most revered drink made in the UK. Skilfully blending Baijiu for a taste experience like never before. The Society began by creating Baijiu Beer in 2016. It’s beautiful complexity and velvet-smooth finish paved the way for two further unique beers and six remarkable baijiu spirit infusions which were first made in the UK and launched in late 2018. Unbound by place, the range brings the spirit to life in a respectful, yet enigmatic way. Each blend opens up new realms of flavour, new ways to captivate the adventurous drinker. The Baijiu Society’s thirst for the spirit has since seen no bounds. Together they continue to bring the spirit’s unique character to the world.
