About BAIN

Established in 2019 by Linsey Myriam Bain, a design director with an expertise in accessories. After a decade in the industry working with some of Canada’s biggest brands, she had many reflections about the cycle of consumption in the fashion industry. Through BAIN, she wants to explore the meaning of luxury, but also the themes of gender, colonialism, and inclusivity in fashion. Every piece has been carefully crafted and is available in limited quantities. The bags are produced in a small factory and raw materials are sourced from the overproduction of a nearby tannery. The collection was created to fit her lifestyle, corporate at day, and social at night. Soft leathers and sturdy nylons are used over 5 styles. The collection of wardrobe staples showcases strong hardware details and mixed materials.
