In 2001, Heath and Maxine Baird established a unique new agency in the heart of Wine Country. Both born & bred in Cessnock, they worked hard to open a new small business and to offer something different in Real Estate. Heath and Maxine had only one thing in mind, to do the very best they could in offering clients the style of service you would expect in a very unique agency, completely different from the existing real estate agencies. “Being independent separated us from all corporate franchise rule books and gave us the freedom and motivation to do things differently”. With Heath’s sales history and large clientele database along with Maxine’s eye for detail, it allowed them a point of difference in a competitive market place. Heath and Maxine stand by the motto to “go the extra mile”. To provide the very best service with personal attention to the smallest detail is what they believe still sets their office apart from other agencies. Heath and Maxine are constantly searching for new ways to further improve the agency and the services they offer and have built and grown a great team of professionals around them. Heath and Maxine say, “We pride our self on attending seminars and working with some of the best professionals in the business and constantly keeping up with our staff training” Baird Real Estate has been proud to donate thousands of dollars back into the community through sponsorships and scholarships but our main focus now is to support Children with Autism in the Hunter. Some of our achievements since opening include winning BEC Lower Hunter Business Excellence Awards, REINSW finalist and winners in Residential Property Management, Residential Agency and the John Greig Community Service award and various other awards and achievements through our community involvement.
