Founded by David "Stock" Baird in 2017 and focused on helping companies find the right talent for their high tech direct hiring needs. Baird Tech finds that 95% of the people they work with are employed and happy in their positions although would be open to hear about new opportunities. Baird Tech's in-house development team has developed their own RMS / ATS www.bairdhunt.com to help streamline their direct hire headhunting process with their clients. They are the development home for Bairdhunt.com, LaLo (Toy Swapping App), CloudTv, Audiochase, AUDIO Token, Selocial, and Virtual Dental Advisor. Before Baird Tech, David had his own startup called Selocial. After successfully being in the Sir Richard Branson / ACTai sponsored Extreme Tech Challenge, with the prototype app Selocial, David and his team started to help other companies and entrepreneurs build other company apps. While building these apps David went to work to put his long time Headhunting experience to work and started working with well-funded Startups to help build their their teams from the ground up.
