The story of Baked Clay. Our tale begins with a concept and notes jotted down on scraps of paper. The name Baked Clay was chosen to evoke a sense of origin, specifically that of Adam, the forefather of all humanity, who was formed from clay that had been baked to perfection. Adam Laws, the founder of Baked Clay London had a vision of providing little girls with clothing that was elegant, sophisticated, stylish, and timeless. Our belief is that every girl should feel confident and empowered through their sense of fashion. In honouring this belief, we have named all our dresses after great women pioneers and role models, celebrating the achievements of these remarkable women while also providing a source of inspiration for young girls to pursue their dreams. A special message is lovingly embroidered onto the organic cotton lining of every dress, a heartening and uplifting rhyme that inspires and empowers young girls across the globe.
