An average person in Taiwan waste 170 kg of food a year, but who wants to be average? So we take the wasted food, and make them good again. Baked Tipsy is Taiwan’s first food waste upcycling social business, making sustainable diets easier for all. With the rising demand for sustainable products, Baked Tipsy saw a lack of awareness and solutions to the underrated issue of food waste, so the brand was born in hopes of minimizing food waste through innovative food and beverage products.
