Bakenology's operation has been BRCGS accredited since 2020 and produces both gluten containing and gluten free blends under their ‘durO’ brand. Their current range includes: durObake - Dough Conditioners and functional blends formulated to improve both processing and baked quality attributes. durOrise - Raising Agents that deliver crumb texture and baked volume. durOfresh – Powdered blends developed to enhance and extend crumb softness, flexibility and moistness over shelf life. durOsoft - Fat based ingredient blends that enhance crumb softness, richness and moistness. durOfine – Micro-fine single ingredients. With a low minimum order quantity and preference towards concentrated formulations, blends are packed in paper sacks, bag in box or FIBC formats and distributed across the UK and northern EU.
