About BakerHestia

BakerHestia has a mission: Enabling the improvement of the day-to-day processes that threaten to derail the things we do and the things we want to achieve, to model and embed behaviours that support, nurture and bring the best out of each other, and to create a climate of psychological safety, trust, inclusion, belonging and no-blame culture that enables equity, growth, and the rediscovery of joy. We are going to do that with a series of therapeutic retreats that support families who have experienced the loss of a child. To get there, we do all of the same things for organisations who recognise the need for organisational transformation and change, becoming self-aware, self-sufficient, self-learning organisations striving for continuous improvement. All those elements are interoperable and crucially interdependent - a Systems Thinking approach. We're a female led, Neurodivergent business. We know what it's like to be the underdog, the outsider, and to feel like we couldn’t quite reach the limits of our potential, or help others push beyond theirs. We are selfishly altruistic, ruthlessly compassionate, and outrageously appropriate. Our blend of professional and lived experience, a deep understanding of organisational dynamics and theory, and a track record in catalysing change makes us the ideal partner for organisations who want change magic. We also give 10% of our time to good causes so we're passionate about helping you harmonise social value and business performance too. Above all, everything we do feels authentic and challengingly human, and we don't do off the shelf one-size-fits-all solutions (we get bored too easily). That means we love partnering and co-creation and we don't want a forever partnership: we prefer beautifully reciprocally beneficial relationships where we get to watch you walk away with renewed strength and joy.
