A finance and banking professional from The George Washington University School of Business Washington DC, I discovered my passion for baking, food styling and food photography in covid quarantine. My Mom, a Cordon Bleu London trained chef, indulged in weekend baking rituals for the family. Inspired and intrigued by her visually appealing delicacies, I started appreciating her baking talent and it ignited my interest in this field. Experimenting with vibrant flavours, new designs, unique textures, and innovative techniques is fascinating to me. The art of baking, decorating and photographing my creations is therapeutic and brings me immense joy. My belief in constantly learning to quench my thirst, challenging my technical skills in different types of bakes and paying attention to the intricacies of pastry arts led me to start “Baking With Nikita” as a creative outlet to empower women through my beautiful artistic culinary masterpieces.
