About Balanced Choice Program
At Balanced Choice, we believe it is essential to maintain balance of the body, mind, and spirit. We promote living in a way that nourishes each of these elements. By making positive choices and structuring our days with healthy balance in mind, we are able to live our best lives and achieve our goals. We use range of activities that promote physical and mental health to engage participants in our sessions. Balanced Choice works predominantly with young people in the youth justice space. We deliver sessions to various groups, including Don Dale Youth Detention Centre, Malak Re-Engagement Centre, the Positive Learning Centre, Darwin Correctional Centre, the NT Government Youth Outreach and Engagement Team, and more. We also facilitate professional development workshops based on team building and self-care to private organisations. Balanced Choice sessions are tailored to meet the needs of individuals and organisations.
