About Baltas International Group

All training programs and services reflect the fundamental training concepts of learning science and values of Baltas. The programs and application materials are developed at Baltas’ R&D department. Our training results are measured in five levels: the efficiency of the program results are tracked with a measuring process, conducted at a minimum of 3 levels (first impression, knowledge, skills and behavior), and, when practicable with regard to the data of the organisation receiving training, at 5 levels ( e.g. business results, return on investment). Our specially designed Assessment Centre tools can be used in all levels of staff recruitment and development including manager development process as a tool to evaluate candidates' personality traits and abilities. Our scientific approach ensures a higher level of organisational efficiency and impact. As an experienced group of change management consultants, we are able to assist with any stage of an OCM initiative, culture change transformation and have the capabilities to develop & embed HR Frameworks.
