About Baltimore CONNECT

Baltimore CONNECT is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of community-based organizations and the Johns Hopkins Health System to better link social and healthcare services across Baltimore. Our mission is to create and strengthen this collaborative network of community, faith-based and neighborhood organizations that advocate for the needs of people in Baltimore, and CONNECT them to comprehensive and coordinated health and human services. We envision a future in which health care entities, social service organizations and people in the community work together seamlessly to achieve optimum health and well-being for all. Our network of members includes Action in Maturity (AIM), Asylee Women's Enterprise, Beans & Bread, Bea Gaddy Family Center, Civic Works, Dayspring Programs, Dee's Place, Echo Resource Development, Esperanza Center, Fort Worthington Neighborhood Association (BEREA), Franciscan Center, Fulton Mortgage Company, Green & Healthy Homes Initiative, Helping Up Mission, Local Meals, Manna House, Maryland New Directions, McElderry Park Community Association, Men & Families Center, Moveable Feast, National Alliance for Mental Illness, Oliver Community Association, Reaching Innocent Children Hearts Foundation, Roberta's House, St. Vincent De Paul Church, St. Ambrose Housing Aid Center, Sisters Together and Reaching Inc.
