About Bamber Properties

Our Story: We, Matt and Jody, got started in real estate when we bought our first home together. It was a single family home that had wall-to-wall shag carpeting (including bathrooms), significantly smaller rooms and zero curb appeal. Through a slow renovation process this home has been fully updated and we realized how enjoyable it was to see something be transformed. This experience allowed us to see that we could do this on a larger scale with not only the homes we lived in but for others as well. We are looking to improve our community through updating older homes to move in ready condition. We also focus on multifamily value-add opportunities purchasing multifamily buy-and-hold properties that we can get producing like well-oiled machines. Our overall focus is to glorify God in this adventure and keep Him the center of our lives. The primary properties we target are either single family, distressed homes that need significant renovations or multifamily homes that we can manage and add value to.
