Bancotel, the company that created the hotel Checkbook payment method in Spain, was founded in 1988 with the aim of acting as an intermediary between hotels and travel agencies, making hotel rooms available to its users under highly beneficial conditions. With over 20 years’ experience, Bancotel has become a means of payment (Checkbook and e-bancotel – electronic payment of reservations) accepted in over 50,000 3-, 4- and 5-star hotels belonging to national and international hotel chains and the best independent hotels in 130 countries. Bancotel is, above all, committed to the growth of tourism, through a perspective of quality, opening of new markets, products and services.
