Consulting to clients throughout the industry, James utilizes a unique yet replicable and proven method to growing media viewers After beginning his career in 2015 as an intern in Disney's Corporate Strategy group, James was an Analyst on the team that made the original case to reimagine the company's direct-to-consumer approach & launch their own streaming business. James then helped acquire both the tech backbone of BAMTech in 2017 & content library volume from 21CF in 2019 as Sr. Analyst then integrating them and taking operational duties at Disney Streaming as one of its first employees. As Business Manager reporting to the GM of ESPN+, he led growth to >20mil subscribers, negotiated for sports rights including NFL & UFC among many others and oversaw the PPV business by standing up its Revenue Development function.
