About Bangladeshi Student Organization
The Bangladeshi Student Organization (BSO) at University of Texas at Dallas promotes the culture of Bangladesh in the Dallas Metroplex area and UT Dallas as well as assists new students coming from Bangladesh to the university. Bangladesh is a South Asian country with a rich cultural heritage. By celebrating Bangladeshi festivals, the organization tries to bring a taste of our beloved country and culture to this foreign and diverse land. Aside from helping new students with a smoother transition to university life at UTD, through various events and programs, BSO represents Bangladesh to Dallas Metroplex area, in general, and UTD students, in particular.
