About Bangladeshi Students Association at UofA (BSAUA)
BSAUA (Bangladeshi Students Association of University of Alberta) is an officially registered, voluntary organization of Bangladeshi students, postdoctoral and research fellows and alumni at the University of Alberta. Currently, we have over 200 members and their families. Vision: This association was created with a vision that it will provide a common platform for overseas Bangladeshi students to come closer as a community for collective welfare and promoting socio-cultural activities. We coordinate and organize activities such as sports, picnics, parties, traditional holiday ceremonies, seminars and cultural activities. Many new students and researchers experience cultural differences or difficulties to initial adoption in their first few weeks in Canada. With the help of BSAUA, you may alleviate such discomforts and be able to concentrate on your study or research. Mission: BSAUA exists to work on enriching the student experience. As the collective student voice and champion for leadership and advocacy, we empower students through our programs and services, creating an engaging environment that maximizes opportunities. 36th Executive Committee: Md Saiful Islam - President Ashiqul Chowdhury - Vice President | Administration Badhon Das Shuvo - Vice President | Finance Ayesha Siddika - Vice President | Communication Tanzil Shahriar - Vice President | Culture Md Abdul Shaykat - Vice President | Sports Saqlain Sajid - Vice President | Entertainment
