If we’re going to help you get where you want to go, we have to tell you what we think is realistic. We have to tell you where your brand should and shouldn’t be. We’re not earning our pay if we don’t challenge your preconceptions, encourage you to try new things, or even make you a little uneasy once in a while. If we can’t convince you to do things differently, we probably can’t convince your audience to do things differently either. You don’t have to agree, and who knows - we could be wrong.
