About Banyan Motors
At Banyan Motors, we don’t just restore classic cars—we return them to the road with purpose, precision, and respect for the legacy they carry. Our work begins in Stuttgart, Germany, the birthplace of the cars we specialize in. There, our team of expert craftsmen tears these vehicles down to bare metal and rebuilds them to a standard that goes well beyond what most would call restoration. Every car is completely disassembled, bodywork is corrected, the chassis is treated with KTL e-coating for total corrosion protection, and then every system—mechanical, electrical, and cosmetic—is rebuilt by hand. We use original components wherever possible, fabricate custom solutions where needed, and apply subtle, thoughtful upgrades that improve reliability, drivability, and comfort without losing the soul of the original. These cars could win awards. They could sit in museums. But that’s not why we build them. We build them to be driven, to be shared, to become part of our clients’ families and legacies. The joy of owning a beautifully restored 911 or G-Wagon isn’t in the mileage—it’s in the memories. We want our clients to use these vehicles. To trust them. To pass them down. We specialize in restoring iconic Porsche and Mercedes-Benz models, including: Porsche Aircooled (911/2, 930, 964, 993) Mercedes-Benz G-Class (W460/1/3) Mercedes-Benz Pagoda (W113) Mercedes-Benz Fintail (W108/9/10/11) Mercedes-Benz SL/SEC (R107, C126) This isn’t about nostalgia. It’s about permanence. These cars were built with intention the first time—and when done right, they can outlive trends, generations, and everything else in between. If you're looking for something that speaks louder than the badge, something that blends beauty with engineering integrity—we’d be honored to build it for you.
