Bare Group Ltd is an independently run business which has been established for 5 years continuing progression throughout. Bare Group Ltd has an experienced team of operatives specializing in soft strip out work techniques, non-licensed asbestos removal and recycling materials where possible such as timber, metal and plastics. Soft stripping enables segregation of waste materials minimising environmental impact. Bare Group specialises in preparing for refurbishment projects or for buildings ready to be demolished. Services include the removal of all surfaces, loose/fixed fixtures, fittings, fabrics, floor coverings, decommissioning waste heating and ventilation systems. The structural dismantling of partitions and ceilings safely working within HSE guidelines. Site clearance dealing with the redundant materials left over from demolition. Once building debris has been removed Bare Group focus on the removal of ground bearing and structural foundations can been carried out levelling and returning the ground site to the specification of clients needs. Bare Group continually strives hard meeting deadlines with clients exceeding expectations. Bare Group have a strong team of experienced operatives who operate professionally performing to a high standard following correct Health and Safety procedures. Operatives receive regular training. Operatives hold qualification training cards such as CCDO, CSCS and SSSTS. Other training certificates include IPAF, working at height, burning, non-licensed asbestos removal training, plasma, Bob Cat, telehandler, 360 machine ticket and Dumper driver. Bare Group is CHAS accredited and has all relevant business insurances including public, employee liability and fleet. Own policies in place regarding Health and Safety along with a Health and Safety Officer.
