BARFI Mission Statement: To promote, improve the socio-economic and cultural situation of women, children/people with disabilities, and their families, including them in the normal live in society through: • Advocacy for their civil and humanitarian rights at different levels. • Capacity building of the PwDs (Person with Disabilities) at the individual and organizational level • Policy and definition of disability in Afghanistan, • Change attitude of society towards women and disability.
