On October 2019, the Barnes Capital Hotel and Commercial Development Fund was established. An investment in the Fund provides investors with the opportunity to gain exposure to hotel and commercial mixed- use development assets held by the Fund. The Fund offers investors an opportunity to participate in a hotel and commercial mixed use development fund, developing projects predominantly in and around Melbourne, Australia (and other Australian locations selected by the Investment Manager) which are not typically available to individual investors with the aim of achieving an attractive return on capital investment. Boasting strategic growth locations, many of which are designated hotel sites with already signed & committed Hotel Management Agreements in place, with some of world’s leading hotel brands and operators, the fund offers investors significant opportunities for institutional & sophisticated investors.
