Barrington Consulting is a boutique agency that helps clients to plan and deliver business transformation. We work alongside CEOs (within start-ups and small to medium enterprises) and heads of department (within larger organisations) to design the future and develop a step-by-step plan toward achieving it. Many of our transformation programmes involve identifying opportunity and risk, increasing productivity, simplifying processes, diversifying service offerings, and supporting teams to improve the way they work - often by embracing technology. Our team, having worked with founders, SMEs, multinationals, and government organisations (in the UK and further afield), bring deep expertise in change management, strategy, and operational efficiency - offering a unique blend of strategic insight and practical execution. We partner closely with our clients to drive impactful, lasting results. What We Offer: 🔹 ½ day workshops for founders or CEOs of companies with revenue >£750k per annum (options include; Strength Workshop and/or Growth Workshop) 🔹 Small business project delivery (Our work is structured in 2-week sprints so that purpose/ scope and deliverables are clear and continuously monitored) 🔹Large business project or programme delivery (exclusively by referral) As we’re a small team, there is usually a lead-in time to working with us.
