Under his leadership, the office has been named among Atlanta's top 20 largest commercial real estate appraisers by the Atlanta Business Chronicle. In 2017, Michael launched a satellite office in Miami, Florida. With certifications in Georgia and Florida as a Certified General Appraiser, and professional designations by the Appraisal Institute and the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, Michael is a highly qualified expert in the field.
