About Barrows Insurance Agency
In 1977 Janice Barrows founded Barrows Insurance Agency on a simple concept - providing customers the insurance coverage they needed while giving them the service they wanted. She offered her clients coverage through only the top property-casualty companies in Massachusetts and created solid business relationships with the carriers. Today Jay Barrows who serves as President and Owner has grown the business into a full-service agency now offering commercial, personal, life, and employee health coverage. The agency now includes three of Jay's children; Colby as Agency Manager, Chris as a licensed broker, and Caitlin, who handles most everything else! They make for three generations of the Barrows family who are as committed to helping our customers now as when Janice Barrows first started the business 30 years ago. We've been here a long time and will be here long into the future; you will be able to count on us!
