About Bartimaeus
Bartimaeus Inc. has been successfully supporting individuals who are experiencing emotional, psychological, developmental and/or behavioural difficulties, and their families since 1988. SPECIALIZED BEHAVIOURAL SUPPORT SERVICES. We work with individuals, of all ages, who are exhibiting moderate to severe behavioural difficulties, as a result of emotional, developmental, or psychological problems. Our services are provided wherever the individual is - home, hospital, school and anywhere in the community. Specialized Behavioural Support Services are available to health care organizations, social service agencies, school boards and directly to families. FAMILY SERVICE - Child & Adolescent, Adult & Senior Services. Individuals who are experiencing moderate to severe behavioural, social, emotional, cognitive and psychiatric difficulties often require specialized behavioural support. The service is focused on stabilizing the behaviour, and on the safety and well being of clients and family members in difficult situations. CONSULTATION, TRAINING & MANAGEMENT SERVICES. These services are available to social service agencies, health care facilities and organizations, correctional facilities and school boards. Consultation and Training programs support direct service work of an organization; Management service is available to assist social service organizations in developing effective management structures and operational systems. Bartimaeus Services are available in Ontario, Quebec and Maritime Provinces.
