About Bartistry
Zac Mirza Founder & Creative Director, Bartistry LLP Zac Mirza started Bartistry in 2000 as a Bar Consultancy business with the mission to Save the World One Bar at A Time. A multi-award-winning bartender trained in 1997 by renowned veteran Adam Browning Hill, Zac established his career in Manchester England, managing establishments such as the acclaimed Sugar Lounge and the exclusive Prohibition. Since winning the award for The Most Creative Cocktail at the 2000 International Bartending Championship in London, Zac has been dedicated in developing his own style of mixology by experimenting with natural ingredients to reinvent concoctions. Currently on contract in Sarajevo to start-up a series of five food & beverage outlets, Zac is scheduled for a course at Zhejiang Chinese Medical University for Advanced Study in Herbology in Traditional Chinese Medicine in September 2010.
