Barton Insights is a coaching and intercultural consultancy based in London, working with international individuals, organisations and companies. We provide one-off virtual private coaching sessions to bespoke cultural awareness or expatriate transition programmes in person. Our areas of expertise are: - Coaching (executive, personal, expatriate) - Expatriate Transition - Cultural Awareness Training - British Culture We have worked with companies such as BP, British American Tobacco, American Express, JPMorgan, GlaxoSmithKline, BNP Paribas, Mars, Facebook and Vodafone, as well as SMEs and individuals. Our programme participants range from recent graduates to senior management and come from every continent. We are passionate about supporting and connecting authentically with people on their journey, whether that is personal, professional or expatriate. We love to see clients succeed and to find fulfilment wherever they are in life. We are committed in particular to supporting expatriates as they relocate for an international assignment, whether the employee or the accompanying spouse. We fast-track the integration process by focusing on the transition, giving clients the chance to gain new insights and to reflect on how to make the relocation a success, regardless of where they are moving to or from. Our group training or presentations are bespoke and generally focus on building cultural awareness and competency. For example: a British culture insight session for a Romanian delegation visiting London, a French-British team wanting to enhance internal communication, a PR company wanting to improve interaction generally with international clients/colleagues and an insurance company requiring training for a new Anglo-Indian team.
