About Baruch Honors Student Council
Mission Statement The Honors Student Council (HSC) serves students in the Baruch Honors Program by providing an opportunity to discuss ideas and experiences about the Honors Program at Baruch as well as recommend actions. The HSC is responsible for offering a student perspective on the program and its policies, planning and producing special events, developing new initiatives, and advancing student interests by communicating regularly with the Honors Program Director and Staff. Our Values Elected by their peers, the HSC e-board serves as the primary representatives of the Baruch Honors community. HSC operates with integrity, inclusivity, and a dedication to leadership. Collaboration, transparency, and a proactive approach are central to addressing the needs and aspirations of our fellow students.. Our Commitment We are the voice of Baruch Honors students! Our goal is to unify the Honors community on campus, build strong cross-group connections, and maintain clear and consistent communication between students and the administration. HSC works hard to make the Honors experience at Baruch enjoyable and meaningful for every student by organizing fun events, ensuring everyone has a voice, and staying actively involved with the community.
