LIFE SKILLS DEVELOPMENT DAY PROGRAMS: Our engaging day programs focus on developing essential life skills, encouraging independence, building confidence, and promoting communication skills, physical activity, creativity, and more — all to help participants lead more fulfilling lives. IN-HOME SUPPORT SERVICES: We offer compassionate in-home supports that help individuals maintain their independence and stay actively engaged in daily life. Our companion services also support participation in community activities based on each person’s interests and goals. TRANSPORTATION SERVICES: From rides to our day programs to community outings, appointments, and special events, our transportation teams ensure our residents have access to meaningful experiences. Please note: transportation routes to our Day Programs have limited availability. At the heart of everything we do is a deep commitment to helping each person live their best life — with dignity, purpose, and opportunity.
