BASE Aircraft Leasing & Management LLC (BASE) is headquartered in San Francisco, California and was formed in 2019 as an aircraft sales, leasing and finance company. The management of BASE has over 50 years of combined aircraft sales, leasing and technical management experience and utilizes its extensive relationships across government, military, international banks, hedge funds, and various airline and syndication networks to provide a variety of economically sensible solutions to its customers. At BASE we work tirelessly to ensure our customer’s needs are always met with the optimal structure and ultimately at the lowest cost. Commencing in 2022 BASE's focus shifted to the re-marketing of aircraft that may have restrictions imposed by international sanctions/embargoes and may qualify for resale subject to regulatory intervention in compliance with US government, EU, and other regulatory authorities. BASE also advises select military clients on acquisitions and service on a variety of platforms which includes collaboration with government, military, and major defense contractors on the delivery, technical management, and maintenance of aircraft tailored to enhance the client’s mission critical requirements, subject to U.S. State Department approval. In short, BASE works with clients at all stages of the business cycle whether the requirement is the sale, acquisition, leasing or technical management of aircraft or support on highly complex regulatory matters, involving the U.S. government, including but not limited to military affairs and US sanctions compliance.
