We know that in team sports, there are times when your athlete may not get the attention or instruction best suited for their skills, personality, and personal goals. At BASE by Pros, your athlete will experience the benefits of one-on-one or small group instruction from instructors that played at the highest level. While we strive to create the next wave of elite professional athletes, our ultimate goal is to develop people of strong moral character - a mindset that will remain with them long beyond their playing days. We have developed a methodology known as The Diamond Principles that feature four functional areas: Strength (1), Skills (2), Mindset (3), and ultimately Character (4). Each training begins in the classroom with personal development based on these principles. It's what sets us apart. It's our "BASEpath to Success".
