BaseCap is a Sydney-based Direct Property and Funds Management group that provides property syndicates and loan investment products for the Australian Investor Market, including eligible foreign investors. BaseCap's exists to "Generate material wealth for investors in today's low-yield environment through property". KEY POINTS: ------------------------------------------------- * BaseCap’s project focus are Industrial and Residential Land Subdivisions in the Western Sydney Growth Corridors, such as Marsden Park, Leppington and the new Aerotropolis (see: Featured Articles). * BaseCap ring-fences funding for each land asset, and then "Develops to Sell" the completed Subdivision project, not to "Hold and Lease". This strategy shortens the investment's duration risk to circa 2 years, whilst providing a defined exit strategy for our investors. * BaseCap targets Project Profit Margins at the project's outset, and is thereby not reliant on rental income or the appreciation of property asset prices over time to generate investor returns. * As a guide, our completed Land Subdivision projects are valued at A$60M, with minimum Investor amounts of $50K. * BaseCap co-invests its own equity capital in each project alongside Investors. * BaseCap Directors guarantee the project’s land and construction debt, not our Investors.
