We manufacture Australia’s first proper shelf-stable, hand-stretched sourdough pizza base — no preservatives, no freezer, just real pizza made simple. Crafted for chefs, makers, retailers and everyday eaters who value quality without compromise. We started as a wholesale-only supplier for restaurants, caterers and food service operators — and quickly built a reputation for quality, consistency, and flavour. But we knew there was a gap in the market for something better on shelf: a pizza base that could deliver restaurant-quality performance, without the logistics of frozen supply or refrigerated storage. So we made it. Naturally fermented. Long shelf life. Room temp storage. Fast cook time. High protein. Fully baked — ready to go. After 18 months of product development and testing across dozens of venues, we launched our retail line to the public at the Melbourne Good Food & Wine Show 2025, selling out in one weekend and receiving overwhelming demand for restock. Now, we’re scaling into independent retail and direct-to-consumer delivery across Australia — with export, foodservice, and new formats to follow.
