BaseTek also offers a complete line of ANSI/ASME pump bases for rotating equipment. Our base foundations offer significant vibration damping, enhanced thermal stability and outstanding corrosion resistance over typical metal structures. We also fill existing weldments of most any shape or size to enhance the vibration damping and reliability of your structure and equipment. Our proprietary polymer concrete material (mineral casting or synthetic granite) is designed for casting our engineered bases and structural components. Zanite Plus is a combination of epoxy, high quality natural quartz aggregate and selected additives creating an environmentally friendly material used as a non-metallic polymer concrete. Zanite Plus offers significant vibration reduction, thermal stability and superior corrosion resistance and can be cast to exact finished tolerances. Zanite Plus replaces traditional materials, such as iron, aluminum and steel, used in the manufacture of bases and other like structural components.
