About Basic Fun, a division of the Good Stuff Company
Basic Fun began in 1991 with idea of creating a working miniature keychain of the highly popular Super Soaker. With its success, it led to an entire category within the toy industry. Since then, over 1,000 unique, licensed keychains have been developed and marketed by Basic Fun, with over 65 million pieces sold world-wide. Over the years we have expanded beyond keychains and found success in novelty & impulse toys and recently handheld electronic games and affinity programs. Now with over 80 licensing agreements from industry leaders such as Hasbro, Lucas Films, Nintendo and Nickelodeon, Basic Fun continues to lead the licensed impulse category with inventive, high quality toys and accessories. In 2008 Basic Fun was acquired by Good Stuff, LLC and continues to operate as a subsidiary.
