About Basics 3
Basics 3 was founded in 2004 by Bob Matha and Macy Boehm to help leaders engage and focus employees using internal communication based on three basic principles. First, we help top leadership articulate its message so it’s clear, concise, on strategy and relevant to employees. Second, we align and equip all leaders from the CEO to front-line supervisors to support and deliver the message. Third, we orchestrate communication so leaders and employees have an ongoing “conversation” about strategy, focusing on what they need to do to achieve results.
