BASSDRUM is a collective of Tech Directors. We are experts with the knowledge and skills to produce. Our tech directors fulfill integral roles in a wide variety of projects, connecting engineers with management and creative directors. As key players in technology, we can directly contribute to transform diverse ideas into concrete realities. Digital technology, now indispensable across various fields, is becoming ever more specialized. Realizing innovative ideas demands experts with a broad command of diverse technologies. At the same time, there is a need for professionals who understand both "creative" and "technical" aspects and can bridge the gap between them. This is where the role of a tech director comes in. We act as tech translators or communicators, facilitating seamless collaboration. We aim to maximize the value of projects through the role of tech directors. Although often perceived merely as technically knowledgeable individuals or managers of engineers, for us, enhancing the presence and value of the tech director profession is also a significant goal. The name "BASSDRUM" is inspired by the musical instruments, bass and drums. Much like these instruments do in a musical ensemble, we don't assert ourselves prominently but rather provide essential support to the entire piece, allowing other elements to shine. As tech directors, we serve as the backbone supporting the overall project.
