Full Service includes funding assistance and environmental permitting, NBIS bridge inspections, and gas industry assistance. Britt Bassett PE, BCEE founded Bassett Engineering in 1996. Our customers are municipalities, counties, businesses, and individuals throughout Pennsylvania. We provide guidance, support and expertise in a wide variety of engineering issues that confront our clients. We served as Lycoming County Co-Engineer for the 2010-2015 period as well as Lycoming County Planning Commission Engineer for the 2010-2013 period. Bassett Engineering’s office is located in Montoursville, just east of Williamsport. We are a growing firm composed of Professional Engineers, Engineering Technicians, Construction Inspectors and Support Staff.
