We work towards a world where every child has access to education and lives in an environment that promotes learning. We partner with nonprofits and philanthropists around the world to support projects that provide access to education and a suitable environment for learning. Because a lot more than schools and teachers are needed to achieve our goal, Bastion’s support covers a wide range of programs, all of them necessary to guarantee an environment that promotes access to education: ● Well-nourished children in well-nourished families. ● Means of transportation to get to school. ● Access to vaccines and healthcare for children. ● Proud mothers empowered by their own success. ● Safe neighborhoods. ● Sanitary infrastructure in schools and homes. ● Qualified teachers. ● And… any other opportunities to foster access to a good education. How we do it? ● We connect investors with local nonprofit organizations in Latin America and the world. ● We vet local nonprofits and their fiscal sponsors. ● We work with local nonprofits as partners. ● We charge no fees to investors or our local partners. ● We handle the administrative process of the investment and monitor the projects. ● We help our local partners with their internal procedures and project design to increase the impact and effectiveness of their programs.
