BAU Design Africa(Pty)Ltd is a young enthusiastic architectural practice driven by a dynamic team who share a potent vision and an innovative and dedicated approach to the execution of their projects and who combined have many years experience in Retail, Commercial and Medical Architecture. The company was established in 2016 when the Directors decided to split from BAU Design where they successfully completed projects with a value of over 5 Billion Rand to date with the desire to create innovative yet practical designs that help clients meet their business objectives. BAU Africa aim to provide a responsive, imaginative and professional service, tailored to the aspirations of each of our clients, and to deliver quality results regardless of size or type. BAU Africa seek to develop sustainable designs which fulfill the expectations of building users, address their physical and cultural context and allow effective solutions for procurement and construction. Our work includes all types of planning and design and our range of services extends from acting as consultants, providing strategic advice on development, regeneration and conservation, to providing full architectural services for building projects from inception to completion. The speed and quality of producing design documentation, the effectiveness of successful Project Management and close relationships created with National Tenants have ensured that BAU Africa is highly recognized in the Retail and Commercial Industry in South Africa with a good understanding of how design impacts business.
