About Baum Cycles

Since beginning 1996, Baum Cycles has developed into arguably one of the most recognisable bespoke bicycle manufacturers globally. Operating out of Geelong’s North Shore shipping district, ‘Handmade in Australia’ has remained a core value of the business. Baum Cycles has developed a reputation for leading the industry in developing product standards, regularly working with global industry leaders to realise the goal of creating products to meet customer needs. This development can be viewed in the products available within the range, with solutions available to meet the needs of our customers. Riding platforms are offered to support road, all-road, gravel, and MTB riding, with options in both steel and titanium. Throughout 25 years of operation, all stages of manufacturing have been retained in-house within our Australian factory. Baum Cycles operates on a direct-to-consumer model, specialising in the supply of complete bikes globally, offering both digital and in-person customer experience to support this model. Currently, 50 per cent of sales are outside of Australia, and our sales performance continues to grow year on year in both established and developing cycling markets.
