Baur supplies foil-systems for tanks and biogas plants. In order to make the operation of biogas plants more flexible, the volume of existing gas accumulators is increased in a cost-optimized way. The company Baur Folien GmbH is manufacturing foil gas storage since 1991. The production program includes a wide range of modern foil materials. For example, biogas storages are manufactured as pillow or cylinder tanks, tank and lagoon cover, as single or double membrane foil covers. Furthermore, the leakage detection system L15 with general building authority approval of the DIBT is an integral part of the scope of delivery. All processing is carried out by qualified personnel using the latest machine technology at site in Wolfertschwenden in beautiful Allgaeu (Bavaria). The scope of supply also includes the production of replacement foils and the conversion or replacement of gas storage systems of other manufacturers as well as a wide range of accessories. In addition to over pressure safety valve, air blowers and level measurements, Baur supplies many other components. If required, corresponding components of the gas accumulator can be designed according to the requirements of TRAS 120. New products have been developed to increase the flexibility of plant operation by enabling the gas storage volume of existing tanks or storage tanks to be increased.
