BaxterDog Media is a unique and heart-driven publishing venture dedicated to making a tangible difference in the lives of dogs in need through the power of storytelling. At the heart of our mission is our flagship book, "Baxter's Second Chance: A New Leash On Life" a touching children's story inspired by real-life events. It's more than just a book; it's a movement towards hope and change. Founded by Scott Busby, whose own life was transformed by the adoption of Baxter, a half French Bulldog, half Shih Tzu mix rescued from a high-kill shelter, BaxterDog Media embodies the spirit of giving back. Our story begins with Baxter, but it certainly doesn't end there. With each book sold, we donate half of our profits to dog rescue organizations. This commitment stems from our core belief that every dog, like Baxter, deserves a second chance and a loving home. Our first book, characterized by beautiful illustrations with fun rhyming story telling, is not just for children but for anyone who believes in the power of second chances and the special bond between humans and their canine companions.
